In advance of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2025 tasting in New York, Sotheby’s Wine is pleased to invite you to an exclusive private dinner at the magnificent Cathédrale restaurant on Saturday, January 18th.

Join us for a curated four-course dinner with French-Mediterranean-inspired cuisine to learn about 10 wines from Ormes de Pez, Haut-Batailley, Giscours, Carmes Haut-Brion, Lynch-Bages and Guiraud. Châteaux representatives will also be present for this special evening, to discuss various vintages from the last two decades and to celebrate the esteemed Bordeaux region.
