The estate continues its legacy today under the direction of the fourth-generation Émilie Boudot, great-granddaughter of Étienne Sauzet, and her husband Benoît Riffault. With a thoughtful and meticulous approach, they farm the vineyards with great precision and rigor, following biodynamic practices certified since 2010.

In 2023, the wines show remarkable transparency and readability. Ripeness levels were excellent, and balances came naturally. This is a vintage that makes the Premiers Crus particularly approachable in their youth, while retaining the structure to evolve gracefully.
