The selection includes a compelling lineup of his Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet vineyards, notably Les Enseignères in multiple vintages (2018, 2020, 2021), a highly regarded lieu-dit that sits just below Bâtard-Montrachet, alongside Les Vergers – each expressing Ramonet’s signature precision, minerality, and aging potential.
