Built around Mourvèdre and produced with the same seriousness as Tempier’s reds, this is a rosé designed to develop with time in bottle, gaining texture, complexity, and savory depth well beyond its first season. It is equally compelling at the table in the cooler months, making it a wine to enjoy throughout the year – not just when the temperature rises.

The 2024 and 2025 vintages are available in 750ml through 3L. A rare and limited offer, making these particularly compelling for both collectors and entertaining. Think Provençal rosé with the structure of a serious Bandol: fresh and vibrant when young, but with the substance to evolve beautifully over the years.
