Boillot’s wines may not be the most discussed, but in every vintage, they are what many love in white Burgundy – tense, mineral and pure, with unvarnished expressions of each terroir.

Boillot’s Grands Crus offerings, such as the Corton-Charlemagne and Batard-Montrachet showcase exceptional depth, complexity, and elegance. The Premiers Crus are particularly compelling, especially the flagship of the domaine, Puligny Mouchère. Boillot also has excellent red holdings, and the Volnay reds are particularly attractive – aromatic and precise.
