Collection: 2015 Bordeaux: A Vintage of Pleasure

The 2015 Bordeaux vintage is lauded for its immediate charm, marrying generous fruit and supple structure with the freshness and precision that have allowed the wines to develop beautifully in bottle. More than a decade on, many are now entering an especially rewarding stage, offering both approachability and depth.

A warm, dry summer followed by a cooler finish created ideal conditions for a balanced and expressive vintage. The resulting wines combine ripe fruit, fresh acidity and polished tannins, with many drinking beautifully today while the finest examples retain the concentration to reward further cellaring.

Our current selection brings together a distinguished range of estates from across Bordeaux. On the Left Bank, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Haut-Brion, and Léoville Poyferré offer compelling expressions of the vintage, while Gloria and Grand-Puy-Lacoste provide particularly attractive opportunities. The Right Bank is equally enticing, with Eglise-Clinet, Troplong Mondot, L’If, and Pensées de Lafleur showcasing the richness and character of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol.

For those looking beyond the great reds, Château d’Yquem offers an exceptional interpretation of the 2015 vintage, underscoring the breadth and versatility of Bordeaux in this distinguished year.
