We are pleased to offer the recently released 2023 vintage of Domaine Roulot’s Meursault 1er Cru Clos des Bouchères. Under the stewardship of Jean-Marc Roulot (since the 2011 acquisition), Clos des Bouchères has become one of the most refined and sought-after expressions of Meursault.
This monopole of Domaine Roulot (1.377 ha) is located almost in the middle of the climat “Bouchères” which covers 4.238 ha in total. Its shallow, stony soils lie over oolitic limestone laced with marl and clamshells, adding distinct salinity to the wine. Bouchères is all length on the palate; intense, elegant and refined.
