While being a powerful wine, Screaming Eagle is no stereotype blockbuster Napa Cabernet. Instead, it is particularly lacy and complex, with all the subtleties of its fruit emerging gracefully from the glass. It is Cabernet in its most refined mode: intricate and pure; an ideal dinner wine. The Flight is the second wine, containing more Merlot than the main wine.
