Château des Tours from Emmanuel Reynaud

We are pleased to share an exclusive offer of Château des Tours, the family estate of the legendary Emmanuel Reynaud. Renowned as the genius behind Château Rayas, Emmanuel produces some of the Rhône Valley’s most sought-after wines, each bearing his signature of purity, elegance, and complexity.

Château des Tours has been owned by the Reynaud family since 1935 and is situated in Sarrians, just outside Vacqueyras. Emmanuel, who took over the estate from his father in 1989, maintains the same meticulous, organic approach to farming across all his properties. His old vine Grenache, along with Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette, is cultivated with the utmost care, horse-plowed, hand-harvested, and vinified with minimal intervention.

The wines of Château des Tours undergo whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts in underground concrete tanks, followed by aging in a combination of old oak barrels and tanks. True to Emmanuel’s philosophy, these wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered, allowing them to fully express their terroir. They share the aromatics, depth, and complexity that define all of Reynaud’s creations.

While Château des Tours represents the flagship wines under the appellation Vacqueyras and Côtes du Rhône, Domaine des Tours is a separate project within the same property, producing more accessible yet equally expressive wines with the same commitment to quality under Vin de Pays du Vaucluse classification.

We also have secured stocks of Cuvée Parisy, a rosé made primarily from Grenache and some Cinsault, crafted in the same minimalist style as his other wines, a treat and true delicacy, a unique rosé style.
