We are pleased to present an exciting selection of Champagnes crafted by Frédéric Savart. Frédéric is known for his dedication to producing wines that express the unique terroir of his vineyards in Ecueil. Savart has created Champagnes that are both vibrant and refined, perfectly balancing complexity with elegance. I have had great experiences with Frédéric Savart! His passion for his craft truly shines through in both his wines and conversation, making each encounter memorable.

Today, we are offering 9 cuvées:

L’Ouverture: A stunning Premier Cru Pinot Noir Champagne, the wine is equal parts a blend of three successive vintages.

L’Accomplie: Another Premier Cru blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The base vintage makes up 70% of the total blend with the other 30% coming from reserve wine of the two previous vintages. A refined choice for any occasion.

Premier Cru Ecueil, Trepail Blanc de Blancs: Due to the low yields in 2021, Savart combined all his Chardonnay, including parcels typically vinified separately – such as the renowned Le Mont des Chrétiens – to create this special cuvée. The result is a Champagne of exceptional complexity and depth.

Bulle de Rosé:  A delicate Premier Cru rosé Champagne that beautifully expresses a bouquet of red fruits with a touch of floral notes. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, and 8% still red wine. It comes entirely from the village of Ecueil; among the most refined and complex rosé Champagnes you'll ever taste.

Les Noués: A cuvée crafted from old Pinot Noir sourced from the Les Noués lieux dit in the Montagne de Reims. Zero Dosage.

Le Mont des Chrétiens : A lieu-dit in the village Ecueil. The parcel is made up entirely of Chardonnay; Fred ferments and ages it in 500L barrels. Le Mont des Chrétiens offers vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes, complemented by a subtle toastiness and a precise, crisp acidity.

Haute Couture: This rare and relatively new cuvée (2016) is 100% Chardonnay from two Côte de Blancs villages: Le Mesnil and Oger.

Goutte d'Or: This cuvée is only bottled in magnum and is their most limited release. Chardonnay is sourced entirely from a single plot above Chemin de Chalon; the wine spends about 10 months on the lees with no malolactic fermentation, with a very low dosage of about 2g/l. Around 400 Magnums were produced – a Champagne with more texture and power than his other cuvées.

Some of these Champagnes are in limited quantities and won’t be available for long – don’t miss out on your chance to experience Champagne Savart!
